Melissa Gagen is an experienced independent appraiser based in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut.  She and her specialist team provide full valuations in all fields including estate tax, insurance, loss/ damage and charitable donation.  All appraisals are USPAP compliant as required by the IRS.

 

Her services also include collection advice and management and interior design. 

 

She works in the New York and New England areas and will travel further afield as dictated by the assignment.
